Laxmi Pratisthan's effort for the welfare of a suffered family.

Laxmi Pratisthan has initiated for the educational scholarship for the 2 children of Laxman Chaulagain, a physically disabled from Anekot-3 , Kavre. Mr. Chaulagain had kyphosis problem in his back by birth but later he had his lower limbs paralyzed with urine and fecal incontenance which he received after being a victim in a motorcycle accident 4 years ago. His helpless wife has been taking care of him. His two children Manisha (11) and Bishal (9) are getting education from a local English Boarding School in Grade 4 and Grade 2 respectively thanks to the educational scholarship provided by Laxmi Pratisthan.

Laxmi Pratisthan promoting schools in Kavre

To support school and children in the rural area of Kavre, Laxmi Pratisthan has started construction of school building for the bal pratibha lower secondary school in Anekot. The major program includes construction of two class rooms for school purpose and promotion of students academic activities. We have planned to promote elderly education in the same area to uplift the social status of the community. After successful conduction of elderly education classes, we will promote vocational trainings for the community peoples.
