SPECIAL APPEAL FROM LAXMI PRATISTHAN

Laxmi Pratisthan, a memorial foundation, established by the family members in abnormal circumstances after losing 2 sons at their early age in identical nature of accidents, has planned to carry out traffic awareness programs to lessen the number of accidents. In an effort to make people aware of traffic rules, Laxmi Pratisthan, has launched a COMICS POWER concept with its members and volunteers visiting different schools and colleges in co-ordination with them.
This has come out to be very effective and productive as the students are involved in it directly sharing their ideas and creation and later they go on to the streets and interact with the public and try to bring awareness in them.
Moreover, Laxmi Pratisthan has already started repainting the road dividers in the Gaushala area as it is one of the busy and vulnerable points. The road dividers have become a cause of accidents during the night time as it is invisible. So to make people aware of it, we are repainting it to make it brighter.
Having been suffered from road accidents, Laxmi Pratisthan feels it seriously and is working towards to curb it as much as possible. We wish no one shall suffer the way we did. That’s why we are working actively towards it. We want do more and more programs and cover the wider range of area. We believe these kinds of accidents can happen to anyone and at anytime. So let’s be united and act together. Laxmi Pratisthan makes a special appeal to the interested persons, institutions and donor agencies to support our campaign. Let’s act together for the noble cause.
