Laxmi Pratisthan has started providing vocational training in the technical fields to the youths of underprivileged and backward communities. The training is aimed to produce the competent workforce in the villages which will render them capable of finding the eligible job they deserve in the big cities withing the country and even abroad. It is provided in co-operation with Balaju School of Engineering and Technology. The training is provided in the fields of Carpentry, Masonry, Painting, House wiring, Plumbing, Wielding, Tile and Marble fitting, Solar Panel Installation and Shoe making. The trainings have been introduced in the villages of Kahule, Nuwakot; Anekot, Kavre; Methinikot, Kavre; Puwavari, Morang; Bogtini, Morang and Myagdi.
